ppbus is 8.20v
pp3v42 is 3.4
rtc is present
smc_bc_acok is present
smc resent is present.
reflowed smc but nothing changed

pp5v_s5 is not present but didn't checked it as i thought lets find why green light is missing

Means SMC is not working properly.

Do you have SMC_PM_G2_EN high level?
Check voltages and signals for U5000 (2 of 2) at page 37.
Also check PM_SLP_SUS_L, 3V3_SUS and 3V3_S5.

If SMC_RESET_L is 3.3, remove J6100. If no change, likely bad SMC
