820-3332 lcd enable

i cant get lcd enable to be sent, i can force backlight, i reflowed u8900, but was missing some rails, so i replaced it and the rails showed up, i now have pgood, but no matter what ive tried i cant get lcd enable to come on. im almost 100% sure this lcd is fine.

I would say try another screen just to be sure.

Does this board really work?
Do you hear chime, get USB activity?
LCD_PWR_EN should appear in the first seconds even without screen connected.
Once LCD_HPD goes high, LCD_PWR_EN will be maintained too; if not, drops to 0V in few seconds...

still no lcd enable, but i also notice pgood is gone again, usb lights up and i do get a chime, dont have a working lcd for this one, i have 2 cracked lcd's for backlight testers
