the board came in with no wifi and no camera fault, it was due to some corrosion, and it started working, but then i took board out to clean flux and it stopped completely after cleaning it.
pPP5V_S4RS3 is missing now, i checked pin 4 but there is no enable signal, traced and found that pm_slp_s4_l is also missing. any ideas where is should start checking?
and also pp3v3_sus is missing

I bet you miss PM_SLP_SUS_L now; confirm that.
Where was the spill?
Check RTC signals, SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, S5_PWRGD.
Do you get 3V3_S5?
