820-3787 Not turning on

I have an 820-3787 that's not turning on. Light liquid-damage. I cleaned up the few seemingly meaningless, slightly ugly components. No change. No 3V3_S5. No SMC_ADAPTER_EN. Has PPBUS at 12.59V and 3V42. Has MagSafe light. No cycling. No shorts on CPU, which is rare with this model. No other shorts that I can find. SMC_LID is fine. Not sure where to go next. Any thoughts?

Pins 1 & 12 of U1900 OK?

PPVRTC: 3.4V
RTC_RESET_L: 3.4V
PPVOUT_S0_PCH_DCPRTC: 1.3V
SYSCLK_CLK32K_RTC: .4V

Pins 1 and 12 look good.

Power on sequence cannot start without SMC_PM_G2_EN.
Reflow SMC at least; I recommend you to reball it.
