Found F7700 is blown, before changing it what should i check for no more trouble.

Ok so if diode mode is .539 with the screen attached, you simply just have a blown fuse and can replace it no problem.

Fuse wasn't changed yet?
But you've posted some voltages from backlight circuit and J8300...

"Bkl-En=0"
Normal if fuse is not mounted.

Test resistance to ground on D7701.
Also look if ball A5 of U7701 looks "strange".
In such case, you must change the chip.

resistance to ground on D7701:
P1=.392 AND P2=.538 ( after changed fuse )
ball A5 of U7701 looks very good.
Should i try now to check Bklight?
