Board starts, nothing on screen. Fans goes high, U5410 corroded. Will replace that soon, but it's only for sensor, right?

High fan is caused by temperature sensor issue, from my experience. If U5410 is for sensor it could be.

Post CPU voltage; you should detect a drop from 1.15V to 0.8V aprox.
Test for USB activity.

Solve corrosion around U5410 and check SMC_OTHER_HI_ISENSE.

U5410 replaced. Fan is okay now.

There was corrosion around U7400. A couple of things were replaced/jumped.

Computer starts, but in safe mode. Hm?

If only starts in SMC bypass, there is still some sensor error.
Check the output for all sensors on page 50.
