this board suffered from water damage and qb400 is burned and needs to be replaced but seems almost impossible to removed it without damaging the contacts on the board. is there a technique to lessen the damage?
Sometime metal part of component melt with the copper trace of the board.
In this case is impossible to remove just the burnt component; part of board trace will come out too.

Use a preheater, like Mlink 853A, which helps a lot to remove components, applying less hot air on top.
