820820-3437-b power on looping

It had minor liquid damage around smc and there was no green light, reflowed smc and it started working but it was getting stuck at loading bar, so i reprogrammed bios with clean dump provided by duke on this forum, but then it started looping.
fan will spin for few seconds and all power rails will show up , but then fan will stop and start again, checked ppbus and it will go to 8.30 volts when it starts and will go up to 8.56 volts again.
other power rails will do exactly the same.
tried reprogrammed bios with original dump and tried another dump from my own mac, but still same this is happening.
can it be smc?

If you get a reaction after reflowing SMC, is time now to reball it.
Also check SPI termination resistors in U6100 area.
Check for corrosion at U1950. Do you get voltage at its pins 7 & 3?

Voltage on pin 7 and 3 are come and going, I think its smc, as machine boots on smc bypass, but still stuck on loading bar.
will smc from 820-00165 work?? The board look exactly similar

NO, you need to pick an SMC from identical board.

I tried it from 00165 board, it worked but sound wasn't working and it was showing 5 mb graphics memory, so i reballed old smc and it started working.
