Cant find any liquid on board.

Tested with genuine 85W charger.
No green light.
Works OK with charged battery.
Connected charger and no light, battery indicator showing battery is not charging.

No fan spin with charger only.

Details with charger only:
PP18V5_DCIN_CONN @ 18.40V
PP3V42_G3H_REG @ 3.47V

R6929 @ 2KOhm

U6900 pin 1, 4 and 5 pulsing 2.67V-3.33V

U6901/1 and U6901/2 pulsing 2.30V - 2.65V
U6901/4 pulsing 2.67V - 3.33V
U6901/5 @ 3.47V

Any idea?

PPBUS_G3H w/ and w/o battery?
If SMC_BC_ACOK is pulsing, some other pins of U7000 do the same.
Post voltage for 2, 3, 12, 13, 9, 15, 10, 20.
Measure onboard R7080/81 and R7085/86 using ohm scale.

Tried with a few magsafe ports.

Resistance between pins of the ISL6259:
17/18 @ 3.2OHM
27/28 @ 280KOHM

PPBUS_G3H checked on F7040:
- charger only @ 1.82V
- battery only @ 11.60V

U7000/2 pulsing 4.50V-5.40V
U7000/3 @ 4.30V
U7000/12 @ 3.47V
U7000/13 @ 3.21V
U7000/9 @ 4.69V
U7000/15 @ 0.065V
U7000/10 @ 3.46V
U7000/20 @ 4.69

R7080 @ 200KOhm
R7081 @ 72KOhm

R7085 @ 373KOhm
R7086 @ 333KOhm

Ok so your problem is for sure between pins 27/28 way too high. One of the few is true:

1. R7021/2 is blown or both
2. R7020 is blown less likely
3. The traces between the ISL and R7021/2 are blown and/OR R7021/2 and R7020 are blown.

Replaced R7021/2 and now got resistance between pin 27/28 20.2OHm which is correct.
Got continuity between R7021/2 and pin 27/28.

R7020 is OK with 0.02OHm.

PPBUS_G3H still low at 0.350V

Fan spin still only with battery.

"U7000/2 pulsing 4.50V-5.40V"
You should find aprox 16V.

"U7000/3 @ 4.30V"
That means =PPDCIN_S5_CHGR is good.

Check D/R7005. If both good (I doubt), change U7000.
If R7005 heats up, could be the case...

"U7000/9 @ 4.69V"
It happens becaus of this
"27/28 @ 280KOHM"

"U7000/10 @ 3.46V
U7000/20 @ 4.69"
This also point to bad U7000.
Both should be close to 5V.

Bingo :)

R7005 had only 4V on pin 2.
Replaced and voltage is correct, got light on charger and fan spin :)

Many thanks for detailed help.
