So SMC doesn't properly talk with ISL6259.
Post SMC_ADAPTER_EN, PM_BATLOW_L, SMC_PM_G2_EN.
Check basic signals and voltages for U5000 (2 OF 2), page 35.

All SMC_Txx signals with high level?
If yes, put good flux and reflow SMC.
If still the same issue, reball it.
As last option, change SMC; donor board, same model required.
