This board has .85V on cpu vcore but no output through internal screen or external monitor. No spill. Not sure where to go next.

I replaced U8230. Has 5V_S0 now, but still not turning on. It does have the D6900 SYS_DETECT_LED now though.

Apart of checking all coils voltage, see if you get the ones from pages 49/50 too.
Try to start in SMC bypass mode.

Ok, I've checked everything. The only thing I can find missing is PP1V2_S5SW at 0V (P1V2S5SW_HSMUX_EN is at 0V)

How do you start this in SMC bypass mode?

P1V2S5SW_HSMUX_EN: 2.8M Ohms .795 in diode mode.

The charger that's with it is real. Not sure if they used a different one at some point though.

"How do you start this in SMC bypass mode?"
Press power button, connect charger and maintain pressing 5-10s.
I suppose to be the same procedure like old models, try it...

SMC bypass didn't change anything. Comparing it to a good board, every voltage I can possibly check is there.

Yes, PP1V2_S5SW is at 0V on a good board. If it's a BIOS issue, I'll just let this go. Can't afford to spend the time on that. Thanks.
