I have an 820-3332 with no liquid damage, it overheated during an update that failed, I have tried two new batteries the problem persists. This only happens with the battery in. on charger only battery unconnected the computer boots and runs normally. If the battery is connected after boot the computer will blackscreen and immediately start bootlooping, constantly chiming over and over again, no apple symbol.

Try a known good one, even older.
Or try to test the new ones with other board.
