MacBook Pro 13" A1502 820-4924 liquid damage not turning on

Hi,
We got a mentioned MacBook with was liquid damaged.
Liquid damage was around Q8175, Q6060, u5870
I cleaned up board and fixed broken traces around Q8175
CPU_VCCST_PWRGD present 1.02V
Rail 3,34V present
PPbus_S5_hscomputing present 11.8V
cpuvr_phase1 = 1.86v
cpuvr_phase2 = 1.86v
L7630 voltage present 1,05V
once I connect mouse to usb it blinks and thats it
no chime no display
cpu gets warm.
FAN spin for me ones.
Any ideas?

Fan doesn't spin untill CPU gets really hot on this model.
Mouse just flash once, no steady light?

I cannot locate Q8175 on schematic...

Try to start in SMC bypass mode.
