I'm pretty lost and i need some guide to find out why the USB doesn't work.
PM_EN_USB_PWR = 3.30V
VBUS PORT 1 TO 4 = 5V

Any history available?
Look if any USB port has doubled/broken pins.

Check power pins of U3500/600.

No, just stop working. Actually i have two with the same issue, however, one of just doesnt work PORT 2 and 4.

Check diode mode on pins 2 an 3 from each bad port, also check L4601 or his equivalent on each bad port...

If none of USB ports work, more probable to have a problem with USB Hub chips, or even PCH's USB block.
If 2 ports bad, one USB Hub could be bad; depending which ports work.
If only one USB port is bad, then should be something between that port and corresponding USB Hub chip.
