Touchbar 13 inch mid 2017 slow and fan spin fast

Our Costumer spilled some tea in his macbook. The touchbar was damaged, we replaced it. Now the second problem are the fans. They are spinning fast, and the macbook is super slow. There is no obvious corrosion on the board. I would guess its a sens line ? or could it be the replaced touchbar wich isnt genuine? any ideas?

There are two unusual tempratures in HW monitor: Heatpipe incoming air 128C and Heatpipe Outgoing Air 128C.
If i run ASD on the device it tells me that something with the SMC is wrong.(CODE: PFM006)
