Failing both trackpad and keyboard?
Not working before OSX login too?
Try to access boot menu.
Check first if all voltages are present on trackpad connector.
You should discard first trackpad board and flex.

Hmm now that you mention it, I see a ton of corrosion on the trackpad board, However keyboard doesn't work without trackpad connected, should it work with just the keyboard by itself or no?

Keyboard will not work without trackpad.
