820-3462 won?t turn on on battery, won?t turn off with charger

MacBook had liquid damage.
Tested with two 100% working batteries.
Once OS boot battery is visible, its show % of charge and charger charge battery without any problem.

WITH BATTERY
When short SMC_ONOFF_L not no fan spin.
SMC_ONOFF_L got stable 3.40V when got fan spin.
R5710 and r5070 got correct resistance.

When I connect charger got fan spin/chime etc but when short SMC_ONOFF_L then no fan spin but after 1 second it turns on again.
When I disconnect charger got still fan spin and when will do short on SMC_ONOFF_L is turned off but can turn on with SMC_ONOFF_L.

CHARGER ONLY
Fan spin when short SMC_ONOFF_L after a second got fan spin again.


Any idea?

Does it start itself when charger is connected (no battery)?

Disconnect keyboard and simulate power button with R5115/16 pads.
Still the same issues?

On battery only, do you get stable 3V42_G3H?

I was testing without keyboard. Was using pads on keyboard (SMC_ONOFF_L and GND)

On battery only, do you get stable 3V42_G3H?
Yes, stable at 3.44V
