820-4924 PPbus_g3h was shorted at C7900 to ground, injected power, and it heated up, under microscope it was obvious damaged,

Which is the resistance to ground at PPBUS_G3H and 3V42 rails now?
Also check at pin 3 of D7005.
Post Q7010 voltages.

resistance to ground ppbus_g3h 0.62, 3V42 - 0.18V

Q7010 pin 2,3 - 1.8V, Pin 5,6 1.9V, Pin 4 0.22V

Resistance to ground------------
Q7010 pin 2,3 - 75.2, Pin 5,6 34.34, Pin 4 21.99

Known DC working, tried multiple ones

Seems that charger detects leakage and gets blocked.

You should have aprox 68k at pin5/Q7010 to ground; the value of R7012.
Check if D7012 is open, or shorted to ground.

Q7010 last posted values are in ohms, kohms, diode mode???
