ALL_SYS_PWRGD is required, before VCORE comes on.
Check which power supply pulls it down.
Start removing Q8150, not really needed...

im sorry for my stupidity, but i am not good at determining which power supply pulls a line down,

i want to sound dumb and say PP3V3_S0,

Fixed, U8030, problem was that PP3v3_S0 was not being created by U8030
