Got this board, which i cant figure out, no story of what happened, no liquid damage, below some board info, Thank you guys in advance!

DIODE mode to ground 0.23
RESISTANCE to ground 14.85 Kohms

ALL_SYS_PWRGD is required, before VCORE comes on.
Check which power supply pulls it down.
Start removing Q8150, not really needed...

took off q8150,

im sorry for my stupidity, but i am not good at determining which power supply pulls a line down,

i want to sound dumb and say PP3V3_S0,
