      "pin 14 1.3V

      All bad values.

Change Q7180 and come back with news.
      Also check R7121/22 and R7180/81/85/86.

changed Q7180 and checked R7121/22 and R7180/81/85/86. All values are good.

            "pin 9 3.4V"
            This is the result of
            "resistance 17/18 1.320"
So check R7150/51/52 and their traces to U7100...

replaced and checked R7150/51/52 and checked traces. All are good but still same results

when checking R7150 noticed have 0.003 short to ground. When Q7130 is removed short is gone but once Q7130 is replaced and soldered back on short returns.

I've had one like this before. It could very well be an internal board short which would be hopeless

Did you change Q7130 with good one?
After change it, check diode mode on F7140 before powering the board.
As above mentioned, be sure above R/C7125 traces.
Do NOT power untill check all traces OK.

As far as I know Q7130 should be good. Pulled it from donar board,

0.141 diode mode now on F7140. All traces look good, no liquid damage on this board. History is store claimed board was working fine and that it just suddenly died.

Waiting for response if I should check anything else before I power board again

Check for short between R7120 and L7130.
Be sure to have ALL traces good for CHGR_PHASE; to U7100, C7125, L/Q7130...
