820-00164 Everything is present but no post

This board was hit in multiple spots by liquid. I included pre-ultrasonic-cleaning pictures. I replace the LCD connector. Board is not posting. All voltages are present the that I can possible think to check. Vcore is good. All U1950 voltages are present and normal compared to a good board. S0 voltages are present. No chime. PRAM does nothing. I'm out of ideas.

Pufff, I saw liquid sign on the MOSFETs from CPU power supply
If you don't find some corroded resistor/trace, on the board, could be dead CPU...

Try new BIOS, just in case.
Also check all SPi Bus series Termination resistors.
J6100 looks bad too, maybe need to remove it.

Any USB activity at all? If no, def try new BIOS and U6101 could be one of them seeing you had corrosion there. Also assuming you definitely removed the JTAG

Yup, very likely dead CPU.
