820-00164 - S5 missing

The board looks super clean, No liquid damage at all.
Here what happened:
PPBUS_G3H Was short to ground because of C7377 (PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS). I replaced and I got back PPBUS_G3H.
However, I don't have PP5V_S0 even PP5V_S5/S3.

SMC_PM_G2_EN = 3.2V
PM_SLP_S4_L = 0V
PP5V_S5 = 0V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.4V

Any idea?

No pulse at all at 5V_S5?
Check for short.

Post exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H and U7501; pins 23, 12, 13, 29, 21.
Do you get Magsafe light?

Are you sure PPBUS is restored? Measure voltage on pins 1 and 2 of F7140
