820-00928 fan spin, no chime, no touch bar

No chime, nothing on touch bar, trackpad clicks, CPU warm, fans spins, no image on ext display.
Takes 20V and 4.20A from 87W 100% genuine charger.

Board very clean - no liquid.

Got small experience with that design - any idea guys?

I got Apple data Migration Tool 076-00236 but never used - maybe you guys got some guide how to use it?

Can you confirm USB activity at least?
Did you try PRAM reset?

Sounds like trash....data tool is easy plug into lifeboat connector then plug into a known good Mac. The tool basically makes the dead board an external HDD
