2015 iMac 5K - lines on display

hey guys, i just want to ask, i have a 2015 iMac 5K with description of lines on display, when they connect external monitor it all goes away and it works perfectly, Known GPU issues?

Sounds like a bad LCD to me....are you saying the lines on the internal go away when hooked to external?

yes, according to customer accounts, i tried it and could not duplicate the problem
i just switched the whole display, hopefully lol
