820-00045 - Not turning on

This board doesn't have liquid damage, PPVCC_S0_CPU is present but stuck at 1,7V, processor is very hot, not sure if it's normal on these iPad boards...Don't have hope for this one, but maybe you can suggest to check something.
Didn't post voltages since I saw PPVCC_SO_CPU present, but let me know if you want precisely a value.

If you get VCORE, board turns on, for sure; not working, is something else.

Mostly bad CPU, like 95% on these boards.
Check for USB activity at least.
But don't hope too much on yhis...
