Nope looks like a blown PPBUS cap looks like you got an easy one

Check the PPBUS fuse as well it may need to be replaced. Replacing that cap is optional but recommended

Be sure the damage didn't get down inside copper layers.
Clean the place correctly, before replace the cap.
