Pm_slp_s4_l hell

ok. I have multiple boards with this problem.
is this common?
Does the PCH in the CPU really die all the time?

Looking for feed back from those that have been there.

PM_SLP_S4_L must rise to 3V only after power button is pressed, or when charger is connected.
PCH requires presence of other signals before release this signal.

PM_SLP_S4_L can be anything and everything. HISTORY aid the board is so important. If liquid, the hints should be there in front of you. If drop, done for. If no liquid and super clean, visual inspection and if nothing, trash. Most of the time, PM_SLP is missing due to liquid. Not always a dead CPU

You can start posting any voltage which you think is related in this case.
We comment after that.
Usually all these signals appear connected to RTC and System Power Management blocks of PCH.
