820-4924 shorted on C1910

I have an 820-4924 was shorted on C1910 after water damage, i also repaired some broken traces next to SMC. but now I have an 0.02Amp consumption (what this problem called ?)
now i think the PCH is not turning on, what signals show up when the PCH is ok ?

PCH requires (4) RTC signals first; check RTC block on page 12.

SMC problem, replaced it working thanks
