PPBUS_G3H still 8.2V?
That's no good..
If yes, check voltage and diode mode to ground on SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.

Do you get Magsafe green light, without battery?

i have a green light on MagSafe without battery and with the battery, it goes orange
SCL/SDA 0.502

PPBUS_G3H still 8.2

I already rebelled SMC
the logicboard consuming 0.12a without the battery, after plugging the battery it goes up to 0.8a
I think the battery charging

I put a photo with a thermal camera, U7000 get hot

Post CHGR_AMON/BMON voltages.
Check exact resistance between pins 17/18 and 27/28 of U7000.

Check PPBUS_G3H with other DMM.
Post voltage on F7040/41; pin1 of L7030/31 is wrong point test!

CHGR_AMON 0.035V without battey
CHGR_BMON 0.035v
Resistance between pins 17/18 20.3ohm
Resistance between pins 27/28 20.3ohm
what is DMM ?

F7040/41 8.39V
L7030/31 8.39V

sometimes when it starts with the power bottom

So you have correct PPBUS_G3H now.
Maybe before too, but you've measured on wrong point...

Did you change C7771?

Just replaced C7771, I found that the keyboard had a problem. When I plug the flex in the motherboard it stop charging the battery. The power consumption of charging drop to 0.02a
