820-2879-B Green Light, fan Spins, Half Chime, then turn off.

Hello my dear friend of the repair world. I have a highly sodomised motherboard. An 820-2879-B. I don't know what happend to it. It came in a bag by mail. And worst of all others repair shop "see it" before me.
The problem strong green light in original, not orange when battery conected. Turn on chime or half chime and them shuts down. Fan spins.

First i ultrasonic clean it. I make a few messurements with an oscilloscope and i can see a very tiny ripple. Al messurementes are in range.

Half chime is many times a short on the LCD connector/backlight. Disconnect LCD and see if it still shuts down. Check backlight fuse if it is bridged.
