[SOLVED]820-3115 no chime

hi all,

got liquid spil around t29 area and smc,

cleaned it and replaced bad comps,
now i got fan spin and green light but no chime.



Cpu_vcore 1.115v
CPUIMVP_TON 331.8 ohm measured from the pins
PPVIN_S0_CPUIMVP 12.55v
CPUVCORE ENABLE = R7974 both sides 3.3volt
U7400 CPUIMVP_VR_ON 3.3v
PP5V_S0_CPUIMVP (VCC) = 5v
Replaced u7400
Everything measure the same.

CPUIMVP_UGATE1G 0v
CPUIMVP_PHASE1G 0v
CPUIMVP_LGATE1G 0v

What are you verifying with this? Sorry if it sounds stupid

very good question, also wanted to ask that.

USB mouse will only light up if USB is initialized. This means the board has to be working for the most part.
RAM beeps confirm the CPU is running and the board is at least starting to run POST.

FIXED!!!
reballed SMC, i did a reflow on the smc nothing, but when i removed it it had a moist stain on a few legs.
reballed and replaced,
got a looooooooooooooooooooooooooonngggg dong
