820-00875-01 damaged USB-C ports.

I solder every day under a microscope and after looking at this I am totally intimidated.
I have successfully replaced the LVD display connector on this board but this is a whole new animal.

Has anyone successfully replaced the USB-C port assembly?
I sure would appreciate some guidance. I have donor boards but don't really want to rape them as they are in my "to be fixed" pile. These boards so so so expensive.

I just got off AliExpress and ordered 8 "pieces of a board" that had the port on it and USB chips. We will just call it a "wing". After looking at some of the pictures on AliExpress I think I understand how it goes together but am still intimidated. Looks like through hole.

Quik Chip alloy is the best option.
Choose 58 degrees version, but clean any remained solder, once port is removed.
