TP works all the time?
Check TP and KB before login to OSX.
Inspect U4820/30 area for corrosion.
Check if all resistors are good.

yeah trackpad work all the time
there's no visible corrosion at u4820/30,
but r4830 resistance is low ( it should be 100k ), tried replacing it, now its 90k, still doenst work
before login, the trackpad can move and click normally, keyboard still doesnt work ( when i press alt with os x pendrive, its doesnt work )

Try known good trackpad board.
Keyboard communicates with PCH through trackpad circuitry.
If you are really sure already tested known good trackpad board and flex at same time, then change U4820/30.
One of them can be bad and blocks I2C bus.
