820-3462 wont see the battery

I tried 2 batteries and same story, this board came in not turning on, replaced ISL6259 and R6920, now it turns on but I wont see the battery even with 2 different ones and SMC reset.

U7000 Pin 10 has odd 0.037, Pin 12 0.171, Pin 17 0.602 all others measure fine

Agreed and if so what voltage on PPBUS charger only?

2informaticos Yes all good there, in fact I have another one of those boards here that I tested on that same MacBook and works as expected, I will check PPBUS charger only and post info soon.
