820-3787 does not see ssd in start up

Got in an 820-3787. It boots into my external drive. it does not see the ssd in the start up. If i open disk utility's it show the ssd. I have tried multiple ssd's. i also dont believe the wifi is working. Any Suggestions?

Is the original SSD worked before in the same board?
I asked because of possible APFS issue.
In such case, do fresh install of HS, or Mojave; this will update BIOS to support APFS.

Yeah it was an APFS issue, all was fixed with a quick re install.
