820-4924 no image no backlight.

History:
Liquid damage, Backlight circuit repaired.

Machine is powering:
Machine chimes.
CPU gets hot.
External monitor works but cuts on and off... some sort of detection issue presumed...?
Tested with know working LCD eDP screen with joy = 0

eDP Pins voltages

Backlight circuit working:
Pin 1 = 49V
Pin 3 & 4 I2C_BKLT = Data both pins
Pin 5 - 3v3
Pin 8 = PWM

Any suggestions on what I should be checking instead?

EDIT: Pin 30, 29, 28 = 5V

49v means it isn't seeing the screen. either a break inside the LCD connector, 49v is not making its way to the LCD connector, break in the cable, or the screen itself is fucked. Whenever backlight voltage is too high, it means it does not detect a load, and 49v is way too high for this machine.
