Hi,

I have that which had only a tiny liquid damage around R7521.
I have replaced the 4 resistors where the corrosion has formed and replaced also U7501.

Now the board gets voltages but is stuck at .2A
CPU_Vcore is present as well as PP1V05_S0. The PCH die gets warm but the CPU die is cold even though it's getting its 1.7V.

The only clue I have is that mem_reset_l is .1V which I guess is a bad value.
I am not getting the beeping sound for the RAM.

The U1950 area is good and all voltages are present including PM_PCH_SYS_PWROK.

Any idea where I could look?

Actually can you provide a BIOS with a clean ME region please?

I have fixed the issue and the board is booting up now but the loading bar reaches the end and get stuck there.
I can confirm it's a motherboard issue as another board in the same enclosure is booting up just fine.
