820-00045 would only charge in one direction

hello guys have a 820-00045 that would only charge in one direction but not the other way round.

I did check with a known good port and cable

Try changing U4700/80.

Board still works in the reverse way, only not charging?

The board works in the reverse, and charges as well...but then when you plug in a usb drive, it says usb disabled, device is using too much power " also , plugging in a usb device will bring a charging icon on the battery but not actually charging it ... But with a charger, it would charge fine in one direction and not even detect the charger in the other direction
