at first, ppbus is 8.2v, green light on charger, so I tried changing isl, still the same
tried reballing smc, same
so I tried replacing smc, now I got 8.6v on ppbus, and orange light on charger, but board still doesnt turn on
before I tried measuring every power rail, I curiously checked ppvrtc at r1450 and found it shorted, so I tried removing all caps and u1900, but it's still shorted, is it the cpu? or something is just not telling it to turn on or anything ?

Which is the exact ohm value to ground there?
If still short without U1900 and biggest caps, is possible to inject voltage and check if PCH gets hot.

Sounds like PCH. Sucks sometimes I?ve noticed on these boards when the SMC dies the CPU does as well especially when the SMC shorts 3v42 to ground randomly

well, my dc power supply always beeping when I inject voltage to shorted circuit..
2 consecutive pch deadend is sapping my energy real quick xD
