820-4924-A Green / Orange light not turn on

This board was water damaged without battery green light after 2 seconds become orange light and not turn. Found the following measurement
PPBUS_G3H @ C7900 : 12.56v=12.56v
PP3V42_G3H @ C4850 : 3.42v=3.42v
PPVRTC_G3H @ C1910 : 3.33v=3.3v
PP5V_S5 @ C7505 : 5.05V=5.1
PP5V_S4 5.1v
PP5V_S3 5.1v
PP3V3_S5 @ C8000 : 3.3v
PP3V3_S4 3.3
PP3V3_S3 3.3
SMC_RESET_L @ R5100 : 3.4v

PM_SLP_S4_L =0v???
PPVRTC =present.

You've reported 3V3/5V_S3 both present; imposible without PM_SLP_S4_L high.
Please post accurate information.

Just in case, be sure U8010 is not shorted IN-OUT.

Do you get VCORE?
Post pin 3/U1950 voltage.

Vcore yes, 1.7v.
S0 V yes.

Post pins 5/6 voltage.

Clean the area, rebuild traces, change U1950 and corroded resistors...
