No liquid Damage.
20V however, no PPBUS

L7030 = 0.03V - Diode Mode = 0.447
F7000 = 0.3V - Diode Mode = on ppbus side.072
PP3V3_G3H = 3.4V
BUF_SMC_RESET_L = 3.4V
TBA_AUX_DET = 5V
SMC_BC_ACOK = 3.4V

If i inject some Voltage on PPBUS_G3H, the CPU gets hot.

Again injecting voltage into PPBUS_G3H, without checking for shorted high-side MOSFETs :(.
You could just fried CPU; depending the value of that "some volatge"...

"F7000 = 0.3V - Diode Mode = on ppbus side.072"
Post reading with black probe at ground too.
If still low, check in ohm mode, which big coil gives the same readings in both ways.

"F7000 = 0.020
---------------
If still low, check in ohm mode, which big coil gives the same readings in both ways."
Please do it.
This way, we can find the shorted MOSFET; if is the case...

L7670 (16.40 k ohm) and 7690 (10.45 k ohm) Gave me the same numbers in both sides. However, goes up and down and eventually
stops. That's the only two Weird Big Coil.
The rest of the big Coils gave me the measurement right way in both sides.

Why would you expect different values to ground on both sides of same wire???

You've got 0.020 in diode mode at F7000 (pad 2); means 35-45 ohms usually, depending of multimeter.
That looks so close to 10-16K for you?
Please, try to understand a schematic before dig in a board repair.

Check all big coils in diode mode; which one gives the same value to ground, like F7000?
You can also check in ohm mode; but F7000 as big coils too.
Is not the same comparing diode mode with ohm mode readings.
