820-4924 no fan spin and not recognizing battery

Ok so I have two problems:

An 2015 A1502 13" Retina Pro came in with liquid spilled on the logic board. the computer still works and when I pulled the logic board I saw no signs of corrosion. I decided to UC the board and reassemble the computer. It boots to an OS just fine but the Fan does not spin and the battery is not recognized.

Any ideas? I checked the pins of the fan header and saw nothing to do with corrosion.

Exact PPBUS_G3H voltage, w/ and w/o battery?
Also postn diode mode and voltage for SCL/SDA lines of battery bus.
Fan doesn't start untill CPU gets hot enough, as normal behaviour for 4924 board.
It should start at max in SMC bypass.

PPBUS_G3H:

w/battery: 12.57v
w/o battery: 12.57V

SCL/SCA:

w/battery:
SCL: 3.40v Diode is .499
SDA: 3.40v Diode is .498

w/o battery:
SCL: 3.41v Diode is .532
SDA: 3.41v Diode is .530

Oh yeah and you were correct that when started in SMC bypass the fan does in fact spin. So strange.

"the board connected to the battery suffered some corrosion"
Try known good battery.
Battery bus looks OK...

Ok, gave back to customer. He said he put another battery in but it is showing 0%. It also says service battery. I asked if it was a new one so I am waiting to hear back
