Hi, can someone please tell me either PPBUS_G3H resistance to groung or what voltage drop to look for in diode mode from PPBUS_G3H to ground on an 820-3435 board?

EDIT Just noticed that the whole bank of bypass caps on PPBUS_S5_HS_COMPUTING_ISNS burns my fingers.

EDIT Sorry, issue is no power, 0v on PPBUS_G3H.

Anyone know if tantilum caps vs ceramic caps are more likely to fuck up?.... I'm sure at some point tant was very unstable and even used to explode many many years ago.
