Hi,

No water damage on the board.

Value is board connected to power normally.

L3095. 0V
L7520 0V
L7701 0V
L7560 3.34V
L7310 0V
L7320 0V
L7130 7.94

Value while you press the power button

L7520 1.61V
L7310 0.61V
L7320 0.32V

please advise how to proceed.Thanks.

"L7130 7.94"
Is that value on charger only???

Post exact voltage for PPBUS_G3H and 3V42 with only charger connected.
BTW, use original Magsafe 2 charger.

Also need PM_BATLOW_L, PM_DSW_PWRGD, PM_RSMRST_L, PM_PWRBTN_L, PM_SLP_SUS_L.

Normal mode:
L7130 7.94 - pin 1
L7130 8.6V - pin 2

PPBUS_G3H is 8.6V and 3V42 is present 3.42V.
use original Magsafe 2 charger- yes.
PM_BATLOW_L - 3.31V
PM_DSW_PWRGD. - 3.42V
PM_RSMRST_L - 3.03V
PM_PWRBTN_L - 1.04V
PM_SLP_SUS_L - 3.34V

Stop to check coil voltage on both pins.
You can find the DC voltage on its output pin connected to filter capacitor.

Trigger SMC_ONOFF_L and check for drop pulse ( 3-0-3V) at PM_PWRBTN_L at same time.
If present, then check if all PM_SLP_Sx_L signals pulse at the same moment.

SMC_ONOFF_L drop pulse 0.4-3.39V
PM_PWRBTN_L drop pulse 0.4-3.3V
PM_SLP_S0_L on smc trigger getting different V pulse between 0.4-1.4V
PM_SLP_S3_L on smc trigger getting different V pulse between 0.2-0.8V
PM_SLP_S4_L on smc trigger getting different V pulse between 0.4-1.4V
PM_SLP_S5_L on smc trigger getting different V pulse between 0.4-1.4V

In this case you should have pulse at all big coils; check that.
Also check ALL_SYS_PWRGD.
Inspect U1950 area.

yes we have pulse on all big coils
also pulse on ALL_SYS_PWRGD
U1950 area looks good.
Any more ideas? Or we hit a deadend?

Check all power rails from pages 55/56.

Also check voltage on all L/C blocks near CPU, close to edge board; both sides of each coil.
