Are you really sure?

Do you get USB activity, or external video?

BTW, stop to check voltage on both pins of a coil.
You can find the output DC voltage on the pin connected to filter capacitor.

Did you try known good compatible LCD assembly?

Check if in the first seconds you get 3V at pins L8304; also check if coil is good.
You must get this voltage even without LCD, but will only stay present 2-5s.
If LCD is connected, DP_INT_HPD must go high at same time.

L8304 we get 0V all the time!
Sorry, I copy/paste the subscription, and this board was water damage.
I already replaced all the bad components near U5000, U1900. And washed into ultrasonic machine.
R7180 pin 1 missing. made a bridge between C7184 pin 1 and R7180 pin 1
