The LB is pretty much new and super Clean and here what i got so far:

USB-C PM = 5.20V

PPBUS_G3H = 12.26V
PPBUS_HS_CPU = 12.26V
PPBUS_HS_GPU = 12.26V
PPBUS_HS_OTH5V = 12.26V
PPBUS_HS_3V3G3H_T = 12.26V
PPBUS_HS_3V3G3HRTC_X = 12.26

PP3V3_G3H_T = 3.3V
PP3V3_G3H_RTC_X = 3.3V
PMU_ONOFF_L = 3.3V
PM_RSMRST_L = 0V
PP5V_G3S = 0V - Diode Mode = 0.402
PP1V05_S3 = 0V - Diode Mode = 0.251

Yes, i tried.

Nothing happen (no error or success).
The board seems dead.

Did you follow all the steps correctly???
Be aware, only one USB-C port is dedicated for recovery.
Be sure to get proper USB/Thunderbolt cable to connect both MacBooks...

After i tried a couple times, I got an error message:

The OS cannot be restored on this device.
Gave up waiting for the device transition from REstore OS state to BootedOS state.
[com.apple.MobileDevice.Mobile.Restore - 0xFA5 (4005)]

Everything works.
When you get that message, you just need update the OS and try it again.
Problem Solved.
