Try first to see what happens starting in SMC bypass mode.

Does the machine stay on in boot menu?

Also try the board alone, disconnecting LIO flex and trackpad.
Use onboard USB port to connect external mouse and keyboard.
Keep out any other device, apart of LCD; no SSD, nor airport.

Be sure to try an internal SSD NOT formated in APFS.
I don't know if your board support that format.

So, if start from USB, still black screen after logo?

Thanks for your replays...
My external ssd is catalina checking boot drive...
O.k this is what happens so far..
The mac "original" ssd get black screen after the chime and the logo..
When i put a different or external usb ssd drive it not recognized them ( question mark folder).
I was try to enter apple diagnostic but it let me just pick a language and dont do nothing(not shut off)
Do not enter to recovery mode.
SMC- the same(logo and black screen)
Internet recovery- stuck on "5%" loading...and time is getting longer
i think its something with the ssd line or something like that...
