What macOS version installed?
I think someone reported similar issue after Catalina installation; solved reflashing BIOS...

NO, flash full known good working BIOS; with clean ME, of course.
Easy to do with Medusa, which can also fix Fsys checksum after changing serial number.

If you replace entire Fsys area, no need to fix checksum.
Be sure to clean ME correctly; must be the same version...

I think already passed you the link to correct method on other post.
Replace is the laziest way showed on YouTube and used by vinafix "hig-techs"; as many others too, including paid software.
None of them understand what they even done!

Use win-raid.com manual, or get Medusa.
On the forum we also have all the (resumed) steps to follow; use search function.

In the mean time, I can try to build one BIOS file.
Which is the exact board model?

Unfortunately, it not working the board power one but always the same problem,
the Apple logo appears and progress bar progress then it disappears and just I see the mouse cursor.
by the way, when I was flashing the bios by using ezp201, it gives me an error for the last step of verification. but it read and write normally.
I am thinking now the board won't open the system for another problem.
because it tried another bio, always the same problem. but i wasn't sure it was a clean ME or not

Be sure to pass verify step after flashing BIOS.

Disconnect internal LCD and test it with external monitor.
Re-check all the connectors you've touched when changed the LCD.
Also try through USB disconnecting J9600.

Okay, if you want the verify step pass please verify the bios building.
because I think it is the problem. It tried to burn it on the 2 different chip the same error

If the file has exactly 8MB (8192KB-dec, 800000-hex), no matters what information is on it.
The programmer MUST write and verify it.
Check if your download is complete.

okay, It succeeded the bios flashed with no problem.
but always the same problem, nothing on the screen after loading...

I will explain to you the history of this MacBook maybe it will help.
I bought it form a job lot, this post was before i replace the screen ( https://boards.rossmanngroup.com/for...-pixels-colors )
i succeed once to see the login screen on external video.
I bought the LCD and I replaced it, in time i kept the MacBook open but well stored.
i replaced one of the usb c flex, because I toked it for another repair.
the battery of the MacBook had a dead cell(like a balloon ), i bought one but not arrived yet.

i can only see a graphical interface in recovery mood, boot from USB osx install, I tried HighSierra, Catalina, Mojave
i tried to remove LCD flex and start it on external, keyboard flex, mouse, touch bar, fans ...

are you sure form the source of your bios? already working?

what do you think? thanks for your help
