820-00840 turn on with battery

so I have this board which can turn on with battery, but if i plug charger, it doesnt show any amperage or voltage, if I unplug the battery, i get only 5v but its not turning on, and I see that I don't have ppbus without battery..but its not shorted.
I have tried replacing both cd3215 chip with the chicken wing chip I bought from ali..

Did you solder the same termination code?
C00 and B03 are not compatible.

Post diode mode to ground on all LDO outputs of CD3215 chips.
Do you get these LDO voltages?

same termination code
I got 3,3v on pp3v3_upc_xb_ldo
1.79v on pin 2, on bothof these chip

diode mode of pp3v3, 1v8, and 1v1 for both chip is same, at 4.59
but I don't have voltage on pp1v1_upc_xb_ldo_bmc

Check LDO voltages when you connect charger on corresponding port.

Diode mode, always check with red probe at ground...

regardless of whch port, ldo voltage for 3.3 = 3.3, for 1.8v = 1.79v, 1.1v = 0v
diode mode value already with red probe

Really 4.59 in diode mode???

Some notes here...

=PP3V3_G3H_UPC_XB 358 C3200
PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC 485 C3204
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOD 464 C3205
PP1V8_UPC_XB_LDOA 498 C3206
PP3V3_UPC_XB_LDO 504 C3208
UPC_XB_SS 494 C3209
=PP20V_USBC_XB_VBUS 138 F3010

Todas las tensiones LDO de los chips CD3215 (1V1, 1V8, 3V3), deben aparecer al tener 5V en el correspondiente puerto USB-C.

You cannot get the same values of course, but in similar range.

yeah I mean similar-ish range
for pp3v3 and 1v1 diode mode between two chips is same at 4.59-4.60
for pp1v8 diode mode between two chip is same at 4.40-4,44

4.40 is not the same as 440, do you really get that decimal point in such place???
464 means 0.464 diode mode in my notes...

If you don't get 1V1 LDO, something goes wrong with corresponding USB-C port; usually CD3215 internal problem.

Hmm.. I have replaced both cd3215 again.., but still.no 1v1 ldo, is there no any other cause maybe? Doubt that the problem comes from the chip, if the chip is good should the 1v1 appear simultaneously or only at the good chip?

There is a trick to try.
Remove the input MOSFET and make a short input-output; big pads underneath Q3100/200.
Test each channel and check if PPBUS_G3H appears.
