Alienware 17 R3 LA-C912P missing voltages

Hi, I've seen a few other Alienware Topics here so I hope it is ok?

I have an Alienware 17 R3 LA-C912P board which, once turned on, shows no signs of life, no fans, CPU and GPU are both cold, chipset does turn on and warm up as it should.

After around 20 to 30 or so seconds the alien head power button turns on with a solid red led. It did light up some alien lights only once when I first tested it but not anymore.

I have been unable to get the correct schematic for this LA-C912P board, however the power circuit on previous model LA-B753P is very similar so I have been getting by so far.

Does anyone here have the LA-C912P schematic?

The main power supplies, 19V, 5V on PL102 and 3.3V on PL101 are present.

PU300:
pin1, does not have 3V
pin7, 5V is present
pin10, has 4.59V

U18:
pin1, 3VALW is present
pin2, 3VALW is present
pin3, 0.7mV
pin4, 5VALW is present
pin13,14, no output

So the BIOS UH4 is not getting it's 3V_PCH even after pressing the power button.

The other Winbond chips are getting 3.3V on UT2, UE2, UT5, these three Winbond chips ARE NOT ON THE LA-B753P board nor the schematic I've provided.

There does not seem to be any chips getting hot at all.

What should I be checking next? Thanks

Thanks for the schematic.

UE5:
pin33, 3.3V
pin67, 3.3V
pin111, 3.28V
pn37, 3.3V
pin65, 11mV
pin110, 3.25V
pin115, 0.0V when off, 3.3V when powered on
pin100, 0.5mV
pin106, 0.6mV
pin114, 3.3V

Hopefully I got them correctly after double checking.

Edit* PBTN_OUT# I did not notice any change when pressing power button.

I have a CH341A programer available to me.

Find how to connect it to your board.
You need to know where the programming KBC pins go to keyboard connector.

Usually BIOS programmers are detected by the antivurs.
However, I don't remember to had some issue with mine.
I have old Vertyanov model, without keyboard lines multiplexer, not sure if software good for your's.

I have sorted out the antivurs issue.

This motherboard was already in the config and I double checked it with the schematic and it is correct.

I have read/dumped the ENE KBC.

When writing and reading back the two files are the same.

When writing, powering on the board (does what it does) remove power and read it back, the content is the same but one line is in a different location.

I have plugged it the battery and the board is charging it if that means anything. :)

I don't have the file for this exact machine.
Supposedely EC ROM should serve however.
Can you find a link for you exact machine on Internet?

I have found two but they are both pay walls, unless you guys have access to these? :)
